CIRCA appeal creative director Eva Mendes, a.k.a. Ryan Gosling’s baby mama, did a great job on these $17 Cinematic Eyes Palettes. I’ll never forgive her for stealing Ryan away from us, but I’m a little less bitter because these eyeshadows are on point. The moderately pigmented powders feel fabulously soft, and blending them is easy-peasy. My faves are the rose gold blush romance palette and jewel-toned Smokey Suspense.
